How our stucco contractor marketing plans are priced

Two sets of monthly fees follow: Organic Growth for search and Maps, and Paid Ads for one, two or three platforms. The fee pays for our work on your marketing. The money for ad clicks is a separate matter between you and each platform.

Organic Growth fees for a stucco company's search work

Choose by page count and by whether you want a website built and run for you. The Gold and Platinum cards carry a switch for a stucco company that already has a site, and the card redraws when it is flipped.
  • Silver

    $1,495/month

The scratch coat: landing pages, a Maps listing and tracking, for a company that already has a website.

    • Twenty-five landing pages a month, each aimed at one finish, one repair type or one town
    • Strategic Content Assets, four every month, written around what wall owners ask before calling
    • A Google Business Profile kept current with photos, service entries and review replies
    • Review requests sent after a finished job, with replies drafted for your sign-off
    • Calls and form messages tied back to the page that earned each one, summed up monthly
  • Platinum

    $3,495/month

All three coats: the biggest page output, a website we run, and outreach to sites around your trade.

    • One hundred landing pages a month, reaching every finish, repair type and town on your list
    • Twelve Strategic Content Assets each month, the deepest library of the three plans
    • A website built and run by us, wide enough to hold the full page countDropped from this price
    • Link outreach to supplier, trade and community sites that can point at your pages
    • Maps, review and call tracking work from the lower plans, with the longest monthly read-out

The fees above cover our work only. Whatever you decide to spend on clicks is charged by the platform itself and never routed through us.

Paid Ads fees for wall-job campaigns, by number of platforms

The fee follows how many of Google, Bing and Meta carry your campaigns. Ad spend is a different amount, paid by you to each platform.
  • One ad platform

    $895/month

A single platform with its campaigns written, launched and tuned by us.

    • The plan runs one of Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) or Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), whichever suits the wall jobs
    • Campaigns, ads and keyword lists written and kept up by us
    • Negative keyword pruning, so patch-kit and supply-aisle searches stop costing clicks
    • Tracking for phone calls and form messages in place ahead of launch day
  • Three ad platforms

    $2,295/month

The full set, so a searcher on any of the three meets the same wall jobs, framed to suit each.

    • Every platform in the set: Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Google Ads, run as one plan
    • Campaigns for each finish, repair type and remediation job, split by platform and by town
    • Search-term reviews on all three, with the dead-end phrases walled off
    • One report that lines the three platforms up side by side against the requests received

The fees above cover our work only. Whatever you decide to spend on clicks is charged by the platform itself and never routed through us.

What the stucco marketing fee covers and what stays with the owner

The fee covers writing, building, tracking and reporting: the finish pages, the repair and town pages, the Business Profile work, the review requests, the ad copy and the monthly read-out. Silver, at $1,495 a month, is the entry point for a stucco company with a site already in place. A single ad platform sits at $895 a month.

Gold and Platinum include a website that we build and run. A company that already owns one can flip the switch on those two cards, and the plan then leaves the website build out. The stucco website design guide describes what that build holds.

Platinum also carries link outreach to supplier, trade and community sites that can point at your pages, which is part of why it holds the widest page count. Every plan keeps the same tracking, so a call or form message can be traced to the page behind it.

The fee does not reach the wall. Bid visits, crew schedules, moisture inspection visits and the work on the scaffold belong to your company, and payment terms with customers are the contractor's own wording. The services page shows where the plans stop and your side begins.

Stucco owners ask about fees and starting out

How does the website switch change a Gold or Platinum stucco plan?
Both cards carry a switch for companies that already have a website. Flip it and the card redraws with the website build left out, and the figure shown on the card is the one that applies.
Who pays Google, Bing and Meta for the stucco ads?
You do, straight to each platform. Our fee covers the management of the campaigns, and the clicks are charged by the platform to the card you give it.
Can a stucco company leave a plan whenever it likes?
Yes. No contract holds the company in place, so ending a plan is a matter of telling us.
How many stucco landing pages does each plan produce?
Silver covers twenty-five a month, Gold fifty and Platinum one hundred. Each page is aimed at a finish, a repair type or a town from your list.
What are Strategic Content Assets for a stucco website?
They are written pieces and galleries drafted around what wall owners ask before they call: a finish by name, a repair type, a town page. Silver includes four a month, Gold eight and Platinum twelve, all in the contractor's voice and without technical wall advice.
How does a stucco company start on a plan?
Book a weekday slot on the contact page, talk through your towns and finishes, and choose the plan that fits. A startup fee is not part of the arrangement.

Ready to float the next coat on your calendar?

Choose a start time on the call sheet and our CEO, Ross Cohen, rings you then. Tell him which towns your scaffold travels to and which kinds of wall your diary is short of.

The wall below is a drawing of a finish going on. It is not a forecast of any result.
